Poverty vs. Enrichment

Recently, a dear friend shared something with me that was heavy on their heart. It involved a man, who is a beloved family member and doesn’t know our Lord. This man was facing the end of his life and chaos surrounded him. This man is also very wealthy.

For days, I prayed for the ailing man, but I didn’t sense anything from our Lord. I knew God doesn’t want anyone to perish, and my soul needed peace. Then, one day, Holy Spirit highlighted a scripture to me, letting me know He had heard my prayers.

The scripture was Jeremiah 33:3 and the part Holy Spirit highlighted was “I will answer you.”

This entire verse in the Amplified Version says, “Call to Me and I will answer you, and tell you [and even show you] great and mighty things, [things which have been confined and hidden], which you do not know and understand and cannot distinguish.”

In the past, I have seen this scripture as God revealing His mysteries to those who seek Him, especially His wisdom. But now, in this new season, I have come to see it as God showing up in impossible situations and showing off, revealing Himself to those who seek Him in new ways to them that will restore their hearts from their deepest cries to manifest expressions of His love, leaving them in awestruck wonder.

In short, I am believing for this spiritually, emotionally and physically poor man to be restored in such a way that he will come to believe in Almighty God and be enriched by the true richness of Christ.

I am believing God to flip this man’s storyline through Heaven coming down. I am believing God to restore this hopeless one to His fold of true fellowship.

I am believing this man’s wealth to land in the hands of the righteous when our Lord leads him home.

I know that nothing is too hard or dark or impossible for our God! Nothing! Not even a hard heart or a stronghold of deception. And certainly not leeches who try to take advantage of wealthy people in a weakened state.

God will show us His truth when we cannot see it for ourselves. He will make a way where this is no way. He is not limit to our legalities or our short-sighted vision or even our unbelief when someone stands in faith for us.

This man could have easily died by now. But he is still alive for a reason. There is hope for him. It’s not too late.

I believe his eyes will be opened. I believe he is about to experience a heart shift. I believe he is about to encounter God, as He reveals Himself in a way this man cannot deny. I believe this man will be delivered out of every root of spiritual, emotional, physical and financial poverty in his lineage when God shows up as Love, who came down. I believe every deception of darkness will depart as God reveals Himself to this man as The Grace of Truth.

Is there someone’s soul for whom you’re fighting? I encourage you to keep believing and praying for them. God is showing up profoundly during this harvesttime. He hasn’t forgotten those on your heart. God loves them even more than you do. So, cry out for them and watch what God does.

Remind Him that His Word says He doesn’t want anyone to perish. Remind Him of the dedicated believers in their lineage, who have gone before them, who would also like to see them saved. Speak life over them, repeatedly. And Thank God, as their life source, who will bring Heaven right into their darkness.

Watch as God works it out. The natural details may look and sound messy before the clearing. But rest assured, God is in the midst of the pieces, moving them all toward a good outcome.

If we will trust Him enough to hand it all over to Him, God, as Love, will win every time. He will reign over it all. His mercy will triumph over judgment. He will refresh you with His joy as He reveals to you that He will answer your prayers for them in ways that only He can. He will be glorified! And you will be awestruck by Him!

When God shows up, all will see that nothing can stand against Him. We are living in powerful times. The false powers in our world are no match for Almighty God. Stand with Him and agree with Him wholeheartedly in His truth. And then watch it manifest.

So, pray with me if you will…

Dear Lord,

Open our eyes to see You re-order Your priorities in the hearts of humankind and establish Your increased glory on the earth.

I declare that we will hear reports of victory-salvation and answered prayer. I declare that they will not be too late but will be right on time. I declare that we will be awestruck by our loving God, who shows up and shows off in our favor and for those impoverished souls for whom we pray.

In Jesus’ Mighty Name above all names.

Abundant Riches & Life – Part 1

I love Mary’s words in Luke 1:47 TPT where she says, “My spirit bursts with joy over my life-giving God!”

Mary literally walked through what Paul described in Colossians 1:26-27 TPT, which say:

There is a divine mystery—a secret surprise that has been concealed from the world for generations, but now it’s being revealed, unfolded and manifested for every holy believer to experience. Living within you is the Christ who floods you with the expectation of glory! This mystery of Christ, embedded within us, becomes a heavenly treasure chest of hope filled with the riches of glory for his people, and God wants everyone to know it!

So, friends, spiritually speaking, we too get to be pregnant with Jesus as Holy Spirit reveals Himself to our souls to build His Kingdom on earth as it is in Heaven inside of us and out.

What does God desire to birth through you in this hour?

The life we’ve always wanted is within us and right in front of us. 

Psalm 31:19 NIV says, “How abundant are the good things that you have stored up for those who fear you, that you bestow in the sight of all, on those who take refuge in you.”

The Lord revealed to me that, for God’s faithful followers, our wait is over. We don’t have to wrestle like Jacob anymore (Ps 47:4). Our days of tribulation are gone for now (Da 12:12). It’s time to settle God’s truth in our souls and step toward the outward blessings of our Lord to be established with them in the earth for Kingdom expansion (Matt 5:10-12). 

In other words, our season of tribulation is behind us and new challenges that come with new opportunities are before us. Nevertheless, it’s time to rejoice and move forward in God’s plan, so He can bless others through us. 

Jesus is out ahead waiting for us. And, He will be with us every step of the way. 

He will not disappoint.

If you haven’t been following The Lord to the point that He has prepared you deeply, you can still rejoice at this good news. 

Your strategy scripture is Romans 12:12 TPT, which says, “Let this hope burst forth within you, releasing a continual joy. Don’t give up in a time of trouble, but commune with God at all times.”

So, be encouraged and let God bring you all the way through the wait to a place of deep satisfaction in Him, where you will treasure Him even more. This will position you to receive more of His stored-up blessings (rewards) for your patient endurance so you can be fitted into new roles.

Remember this key: We become enriched as we entrust The Lord. 

Matthew 5:6 TPT confirms this by saying, “How enriched you are when you crave righteousness! For you will be surrounded with fruitfulness.”

The Amplified Classic (AMPC) version tells us that we “…shall be completely satisfied! [Isa. 55:1, 2]” (Matt 5:6).

As we trust God, we surrender to Him.

Psalm 72:6-7 TPT say, “Your favor will fall like rain upon our surrendered lives, like showers reviving the earth. In the days of his reign the righteous will spring forth with the abundance of peace and prosperity forevermore.”

God will reveal Himself and His ways and strategies even more to us when we ask (Je 33:3).

Colossians 2:3 TPT says, “For our spiritual wealth is in him, like hidden treasure waiting to be discovered—heaven’s wisdom and endless riches of revelation knowledge.”

The Amplified Classic (AMPC) version of this verse says, “In Him all the treasures of [divine] wisdom (comprehensive insight into the ways and purposes of God) and [all the riches of spiritual] knowledge and enlightenment are stored up and lie hidden” (Co 2:3).

Friends, our Lord is revealing Himself abundantly in this hour to lead us into a true and prosperous life. He’s inviting us into a season of outward increase: expansion and multiplicity for His glory. 

Very recently, The Lord gave me this Word during communion one morning:

It’s time for a mega turnaround. And the sky’s the limit. I Am above and between every opportunity facing you. I Am the Door. What once looked and felt like a tornado will not come into place for you. Your life is about to look different: I have swept trouble away by my righteousness right hand (of authority). Pieces, even from your past, will come into a beautiful new fit in your present. Even many generational troubles will be no more for you. Many things that have long plagued your family will have no place in this new place. My righteousness and holiness will prevail in your life to strengthen you as you continue to step into higher with Me. Take hold of My hand. Walk with Me. I will show you the way. Stay with Me, and you will continue to see as I do. Faithfully follow my lead. And you will step right into this easy place of great blessings by My grace. I Am transforming your life, placing you above and not beneath. I will use windows of opportunity to help form this transformation and enable you to see clearly what I Am doing. There will be a confluence as you conform to Me. And as you remain in Me, I will take you to the top.

So, friends, just like Mary experienced joy in Luke 1:47, our spirits can burst with joy over our life-giving God. Christ’s desire is that we may have His joy fulfilled in us (Jn 17:13).

Are you ready to see the deep longings of your heart satisfied?

Dear Lord, 

Thank You for defining my path with a plan that prospers me. Make me fit and usable for Your good service. Help me stay in my lane and not cause drag. Help me keep my gaze upon You as You have Your way with my life. I surrender completely to You, Lord. I choose to trust You and submit to Your plan for me. Enable me to receive Your revelation and wisdom to do Your good works. I believe your Word in Proverbs 16:3 AMPC, which says, “Roll your works upon the Lord [commit and trust them wholly to Him; He will cause your thoughts to become agreeable to His will, and] so shall your plans be established and succeed.” Lord, make me agreeable to Your will. I believe as I entrust You, You will enrich me and enable me to be a greater blessing to others for Your glory.

In Jesus’ Mighty Name.

Amen.

Resurrection Life—Here & Beyond

We know that Jesus’ crucifixion wasn’t The Father’s final Word.

And we know that because of Christ’s resurrection, we as believers could be re-born.

As His redeemed, God’s Spirit of Life is sealed in us.

Galatians 2:20 TPT tells us, “My old identity has been co-crucified with Messiah and no longer lives; for the nails of his cross crucified me with him. And now the essence of this new life is no longer mine, for the Anointed One lives his life through me—we live in union as one! My new life is empowered by the faith of the Son of God who loves me so much that he gave himself for me, and dispenses his life into mine!”

Romans 8:11 says, “Yes, God raised Jesus to life! And since God’s Spirit of Resurrection lives in you, he will also raise your dying body to life by the same Spirit that breathes life into you!”

Ephesians 2:6 TPT reveals, “He raised us up with Christ the exalted One, and we ascended with him into the glorious perfection and authority of the heavenly realm, for we are now co-seated as one with Christ!”

So, we see here friends, that we are both seated with Jesus in the heavenly realm, while He lives inside of us now on earth.

This means that Jesus is our super power inside and out!

Psalm 18:1 TPT assures us, “Lord, I passionately love you and I’m bonded to you, for now you’ve become my power!”

When we Christ-followers know our true identity in Him—that we are His chosen, His treasured, His beloved, His co-glorified (Rom 8:17) to bring Heaven to earth—and we relinquish the pride of our ways to Him and submit to His ways, He can work His resurrection power through us to bring light to a dark world. Unhindered.

Psalm 36:9 TPT says, “To know you is to experience a flowing fountain, drinking in your life, springing up to satisfy. In your light we receive the light of revelation.”

Psalm 17:11 TPT tells us, “For you bring me a continual revelation of resurrection life, the path to the bliss that brings me face-to-face with you.”

So, here we see that Christ is our true fountain of life (Ps. 68:26).

We can live in Christ’s continual unveiling of Himself and His mysteries when we seek Him and submit ourselves to Him.

Psalm 119:29 NLT says, “Keep me from lying to myself; give me the privilege of knowing your instructions.”

Ephesians 1:9 TPT says, “And through the revelation of the Anointed One, he unveiled his secret desires to us—the hidden mystery of his long-range plan, which he was delighted to implement from the very beginning of time.”

Jeremiah 33:3 reveals, “Call to Me and I will answer you, and tell you [and even show you] great and mighty things, [things which have been confined and hidden], which you do not know and understand and cannot distinguish.”

What a blessing to have Jesus and Holy Spirit working on the inside of us to guide us on His path to live a greater life—a higher life, an uncommon, and an abundant life for Kingdom purposes.

Jesus is the Way. He is the Truth. And He is the Life (Jn. 14:6).

With Him, we can soar!

God assures us of an unveiled, risen life that can bring us to life on the other side of the betrayal of sin and the sin of betrayal.

His way is the only way that works for our good continually.

In fact, it’s important to even align our words with His, because “The Word of Life has power to continually deliver us” (Ja. 1:21). So, speak powerful words of life that “give life” (Prov. 18:21).

Romans 8:7, 13 TPT tell us, “For no matter how hard they try, God finds no pleasure with those who are controlled by the flesh. For when you live controlled by the flesh, you are about to die. But if the life of the Spirit puts to death the corrupt ways of the flesh, we then taste his abundant life.”

Who doesn’t want abundant life?

Since our ways always lead to a limited outcome and disappointment, why wouldn’t we choose the way of Jesus that never disappoints?

Jesus is true to Himself and true to His Word.

God’s promises work in our lives when we believe and follow through with actions of faith to His instructions—both written and revealed.

Friends, you will never regret His love at work for you.

God’s Spirit will strengthen you in Him to stay the course as you depend on Him.

When you feel embittered, He will bring justice as you hand Him your self-justification.

He will forgive you as you turn toward Him and forgive others.

He will restore to you even more than the enemy stole from you.

His grace will come through for you in every situation as you reach for Him.

He will satisfy all your needs and make your crooked path straight.

He is a good God who desires to share His faithful life and good works with you.

No matter where we are, it can be a new day for us!

We are always on His mind.

No matter what.

Pray with me, if you will, Psalm 43:3…

Lord, Thank You that You have seated me in heavenly places and that Your Spirit of Life lives in me. “Pour into me the brightness of your daybreak! Pour into me your rays of revelation-truth! Let them comfort and gently lead me onto the shining path, showing the way into your burning presence, into your many sanctuaries of holiness” (Ps. 43:3 TPT). Thank You for helping me bring honor to You, Lord. In Jesus’s Name, Amen.

Friends, rest assured, this year can be a new beginning of fresh vision and manifest expressions of His love for you.

I pray that you will receive God’s wisdom for your life, and “I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith…” (Eph. 3:16 NIV).

Isaiah 60:1 TPT invites us to “Rise up in splendor and be radiant, for your light has dawned, and Yahweh’s glory now streams from you!”

“Once we carried the likeness of the man of dust, but now let us carry the likeness of the Man of heaven” (1 Cor. 15:49).
